Dubai International Airport has been named 'World's Best Airport' at the Ultra Awards 2023, which are awarded by thousands of readers of the prestigious travel magazine.
Dubai Airports said: "This achievement is a testament to our commitment to providing an exceptional, enjoyable, and seamless travel experience for our traveling guests."
The total number of passengers passing through Dubai International Airport during the first nine months of this year reached 64.5 million, an increase of 39.3 percent compared to the same period last year, and 1 percent higher than in 2019.
Dubai Airports expects passenger traffic to continue to recover until the end of 2023, reaching 86.8 million passengers through Dubai International Airport, surpassing the number of passengers recorded in 2019.
